Name of Product: Model 80, 88, 94, and LGB Packaged Commercial Boilers Units: 171 Manufacturer: Weil-McLain Co., of Michigan City, Ind. Hazard: The boiler assembly is not properly sealed. Exhaust and carbon monoxide (CO) can leak during operation and accumulate, posing a risk of poisoning. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The recall involves the Weil-McLain Model 80, 88, 94, and LGB Packaged Commercial Boilers built from December 1, 2005 through October 26, 2006. The model information is written on a name plate or rating label on the front blue sheet metal jacket panels. Sold at: The products were purchased from Weil-McLain and shipped to job sites per boiler order shipping instructions.
