HazardSmall pieces of the enamel coating can pop off when the skillet is heated, posing a burn hazard to consumers.
InjuriesThe firm has received five reports of enamel popping off of the skillet, resulting in two reports of consumers receiving minor burns.
RemedyConsumers should immediately stop using the recalled skillets. Known purchasers were mailed instructions for obtaining a full refund. Consumers who purchased the skillets at a QVC store should return the skillets to any QVC store for a full refund.
