HazardSmall pieces of the plastic ball can detach as a result of children chewing on the teether/rattle, posing an ingestion hazard.
InjuriesThe firm has received one report of pieces of the black plastic from the polka dot ball detaching while being chewed. No injuries have been reported.
RemedyConsumers should immediately take the teethers/rattles from children and contact Sassy Inc. for instructions on how to return the product for a free replacement toy.
