More than 10,000 wrist rattles and 11,000 pairs of baby booties in the United States and 600 wrist rattles and 700 pairs of baby booties in Canada units were affected by this recall.

InjuriesThe firm has received one report of a pom-pom detaching from the wrist rattle. No injuries have been reported.
RemedyConsumers should immediately take these recalled products away from children and return them to the store where they were purchased or to Midwest-CBK for a full refund. If you are unable to return the product to the store where it was purchased, contact Midwest-CBK to receive a prepaid shipping label.
