Description: This recall involves the "Buff Baby" baby rattle. The gray plastic rattle is shaped like a dumbbell and has plastic pellets inside. The rattle measures about 5.5-inches long and 2-inches wide and "0.2" is embossed on both pentagon-shaped ends of the rattle.
