Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Safety Harnesses Sold with Tree Stands Units: About 500,000 Manufacturer: Hunter's View, of Peoria, Ill. Hazard: The harnesses could fail during use, resulting in consumers falling from tree stands and suffering serious injuries or death. Incidents/Injuries: None reported Description: These 2004 model year Fall Arrest Systems (harnesses) have model number 3333 and Model Year 2004 written on a white label attached to the harness or the tree strap.
