Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of product: Kids Falls Creek PU Jacket with Polar Fleece in Hood Units: 58,000 Manufacturer: Meijer Distribution Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich. Hazard: The zipper pull on the jacket can come off and pose a choking hazard to small children.Incidents/Injuries: None reported.Description: The recalled jackets were sold in various colors for boys and girls. Girls' sizes include 2T through 5T, 4 through 7 and 8 through 19. Boys sizes include 2T through 5T, 4 through 6X and 7/8 through 16. A label inside the jacket reads, "Authentic Falls Creek." Sold at: Meijer retail stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois from August 2003 through December 2003 for about $30.Manufactured in: ChinaRemedy: Consumers should stop using these jackets and contact Meijer Distribution for instructions on returning the jacket for a refund.
