Description: The recalled product is a bronze-colored 3-in-1 flashlight that was distributed as a promotional item for Marlboro brand cigarettes. The flashlight is 4.5 inches long and 1 inch in diameter and has five LED lights. It has a compartment for storing matches and an end cap that has compass in the top. | Injuries | The firm has received 11 reports of the matches igniting inside the product, including two reports of the product exploding. One consumer reported receiving minor burns and one reported receiving medical attention for injuries to his hand. |
