The model number is located on the crossbar below the floodlight heads on a white sticker. It is a twin head, green telescoping worklight. All units with manufacturing dates from May 2000 and before are included in this recall. The manufacturing date is located on the same sticker as the model number. Home Depot stores nationwide and Northern Tool magazine sold these worklights from April 2000 through May 2000 for about $150. WHAT TO DO: Consumers should immediately stop using these worklights, and return them to the store where purchased for a free replacement. If light was purchased by mail order, contact the firm on how to receive your free replacement.
