Clothing, Inc., Announce Recall of Basic Editions 2 Piece Toddler Girls Short Set PRODUCT: Short Set - D.A.M. Clothing Inc., of New York, N.Y. is voluntarily recalling about 9200 Basic Editions 2 Piece Girls Short Sets. The recalled short sets are predominantly white in color and consist of a pair of shorts and a top. These short sets are sizes 2T-5T, style # 7071. The style number is located on a hang-tag attached to the right armpit of the garment. K-Mart stores nationwide sold these short sets from February 2002 to March 2002 for about $7. They were made in Pakistan. PROBLEM: The buttons on the garment are sewn on too loosely, creating a danger of them falling off or being easily pulled off, which poses a potential choking hazard to young children. INCIDENTS/INJURIES: None reported. WHAT TO DO: Consumers should stop using these garments immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a refund. For more information call D.A.M.
