Announce Recall of ATVs PRODUCT: All-Terrain Vehicles - Cannondale Corp., of Bethel, Conn., is voluntarily recalling about 1100 All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). These 2002 and 2003 model year ATVs have "Cannondale" and "Cannibal" on both sides of the bodywork.
