Name of Product: TimeCutter Z Riding Lawn Mowers Units: 7,500 Manufacturer: Toro Company, of Bloomington, Minn. Hazard: The actuator arm could fail, resulting in a loss of transmission control and risk of personal injury. Incidents/Injuries: One consumer reported loss of control resulting in a tip over. The consumer received a black eye, along with cuts and bruises.
