Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Wooden organ bench Units: 1,757 Manufacturer/Importer: Allen Organ Company of Macungie, Penn. Hazard: The wooden bench may collapse because not enough glue was used during assembly. Incidents/Injuries: Four incidents have been reported involving loose joints for the legs of the organ bench. No injuries have been reported. Description: The recalled wooden organ bench is sold primarily to churches and theaters as part of a package that also includes an organ, console, pedal board, and speaker cabinets. A very small number of the wooden organ benches were sold separately. The wooden organ bench measures 26 inches high, 12 inches wide, and 48 inches long. The benches are made of oak, red oak, and walnut colored wood. Sold by: Music retailers nationwide from April 1999 through November 1999 and from December 2002 through January 2004.
