Do NOT use these menorahs. Please destroy or discard this product. CPSC, Continental Creations, Inc. Announce Recall of Menorahs The following product safety recall was conducted voluntarily by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Cat and Dog Menorah Units: About 480 Importer: Continental Creations Inc., of New Bedford, Mass. Hazards: The cup holding the candles on these menorahs are not constructed of the correct material and could ignite, posing a fire hazard. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: The recalled menorahs come in two styles. There is a cat menorah with cats sitting near the candle cup holders. There is a dog menorah with dogs sitting near the candle cup holders. The menorahs have a sticker on the base stating either "P1157" or "P1166". Sold at: Specialty stores nationwide sold the menorahs from July 2005 through August 2005 for about $20.
