Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Model Year 2008 Polaris Ranger RZR 800 EFI Utility Vehicles Units: 330 Manufacturer: Polaris Industries Inc., of Medina, Minn. Hazard: The utility vehicle’s fuel tank can leak, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers. Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received four reports of the fuel tank leaking. No injuries have been reported. Description: Model Year 2008 Polaris Ranger RZR 800 EFI utility vehicles with model number R08VH76AD (red), and model number R08VH76AG (green) are included in this recall. They were manufactured between August 21, 2007 and October 3, 2007. The model number decal is located under the passenger seat. Sold by: Polaris dealers nationwide from August 2007 through November 2007 for about $10,300.
