Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Wooden Toys Units: About 1,000 Importer: Earth Friendly LLC, of Beaverton, Ore. Hazard: Small parts can detach and break from the toy, posing a choking hazard to young children. In addition, the size of the rattle handle violates voluntary rattle standards. Incidents/Injuries: None reported. Description: This recall involves three models of wooden toys. Moee the car, Cubby the stackable bear and the Bell rattle. The toys are painted in glossy red, orange, green, red, black and yellow. Sold at: Toy specialty stores in Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington from April 2008 through September 2008 for between $12 and $22. Manufactured in: India Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from children and contact Earth Friendly to exchange or refund the product.
