Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. Name of Product: Folding Patio Chairs Units: About 730 Importer: Ross Stores Inc., of Pleasanton, Calif. Hazard: The side supports on these chairs can splinter when weight is placed on them, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Incidents/Injuries: Ross Stores has received one report of a consumer who suffered shoulder pain after her chair collapsed. Description: The folding wooden patio chairs are made of eucalyptus. SKU 400037791757 and manufacturer style number KTOT-1638-ROS are printed on a hangtag attached to the chair. Sold at: Ross Stores nationwide in February 2009 for about $50.
