Approximately 400,000 Disney Poppin' Sounds Pull Trains were sold nationwide in 1990 and 1991. Mattel is offering consumers a $5.00 voucher for return of the product. Consumers may return the toys to Nancy Nelson, Mattel Consumer Affairs, 15930 East Valley Boulevard, City of Industry, CA 91744.
