Penney Company, Inc., Dallas, TX, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling approximately 4,700 of its "Support Sack" infant cushions because of a suffocation risk. CPSC has received 19 reports that an infant was found dead lying face-down on similar bean bag infant cushions. None of the reported deaths involve products sold by J.C. Penney.
